One of my favorite scriptures that speaks directly to motherhood and wellness is found in Mark 6:31:

“Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, ‘Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.’”

If there was ever a verse that described motherhood, it’s this one.

Even Jesus recognized the importance of rest, nourishment, and stepping away when life became too full. The Mama Fuel Kit is an invitation to do just that—to pause, nourish your body, and allow yourself to be supported in this season.

Peppermint Mocha Mama Fuel Shake

Ingredients:

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

8–10 oz unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder (optional)

½ teaspoon peppermint extract

½ teaspoon instant coffee or a shot of cooled espresso (optional)

1 small handful of spinach

Ice cubes

Optional Boosts:

Adaptogens for stress support

Greens for added nutrition

Collagen for joint, skin, and hair health

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth. Pour into your favorite mug or to-go cup and enjoy.
