  • All Terms & Conditions are final, unless specifically negotiated between Kailee Holbert and an individual. Kailee Holbert hold all rights to all information given on this website and if necessary have legal action with her lawyer’s mediation.

  • Our Free content given, on the blog, our recipes, on social media, on our podcast, on our vlog, and inside our free community space are subject to removing comments and limiting accessibility if spam or harmful threats or inapproriate comments or messages are received. We aim to provide accurate and truthful information while maintaining a safe environment for our audience and clients to best help them in creating a healthy, holistic lifestyle.

    We do not offer our paid services for free, unless Kailee Holbert has decided to host a free event i.e MasterClass or Q&A session.

  • All details are provided as to what is specifically included within the details of the sales pages. These details are subject to change at any time, when details are changed it is final, no negotiations. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.

  • Membership details are outlined on the member sales page and inside the membership community. Details are subject to change at any time.
    You may cancel any time, however no previous payments will be refunded. All sales are final with no refunds.

  • All Intensives are subject to detail change.

    For the 90-minute Intensive, the call will take place via Zoom, no exceptions. The Zoom calls are recorded to be sent to the client afterwards and kept safe in our records.

    If a client must cancel/reschedule her call, she must do so no less than 48 hours prior. Exceptions will be made in case of an emergency.
    If Kailee Holbert must cancel/reschedule the call due to an emergency, she will contact the client within 24 hours. If a client is over10 minutes late to the call, the call is canceled and no refunds given. Client will have to reschedule with payment of current Intensive fee.

    For the Voxer Intensive, the 30 days begin from the day of payment and no more than the 30 consecutive calendar days. If the client does not need access for the full 30 consecutive days, our time together does not extend over those 30 consecutive calendar days. For example, if payment is received on January 1st, our time begins on January 1st and ends on January 30th regardless if support was given/received for the full 30 days.

  • All details are described on the sales page, however cost is discussed over the phone. Cost is final, however there are several payment plan options available. No negotiations will be made.

    3 month consulting- this is designed for the Mama who wants high touch support.

    9 month consulting- this is designed to support the Expecting Mama, and ultimately for any Mama, who wants the extended high touch support.

    12 month consulting- this is designed for the Expecting & New Mama, and ultimately for any Mama, who wants the extended high touch support.

  • All clientele contact will be made via email, Voxer, and Zoom.

    Due to the nature of Kailee Holbert’s work with Nurtured Wellness Center, value and time she provides to all her clients, potential clients, and her family, all emails will be responded to within 24 hours, all Voxer support will be provided during the time she is available as she also has a family to take care of, all scheduled Zoom sessions will be fully provided for during the scheduled time.
