  • All client information is never shared with anyone or any third party vendor. Please see “Safety.” All information is kept private, with trusted sources such as payment and contact information. All client interaction is kept private, only used for internal market research.

  • It is our mission to create a safe environment for all of our customers and clients, as well as our team. If it is deemed that there is a medical emergency or threat to welfare of an individual, appropriate intervention will be made to ensure medical wellbeing and safety of an individual. If threats are received by any team member, appropriate legal action will be taken.

  • All sales are final, no refund will be given.

  • For any subscriptions, i.e. The Nurtured Well Experience, an individual may request to cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be given for any previous payments made. Please see “Return Policy.”

  • Any Payment Plans are final, unless negotiated between Kailee Holbert and the individual. No exceptions will be made. I.e if payment plans change in amount, at time of payment plan no exceptions will be made and no accommodations will be given to previous payment plan.

    All payment plans are bi-weekly.

  • No payments will be negotiated for any offer, unless a decision to host a sale or special offer by Kailee Holbert. All offers and programs are final in details.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, i.e The Nurtured Well Experience.
    Payment Plans are not to be canceled, unless negotiated between Kailee Holbert and the individual. If necessary, Kailee Holbert is entitled to take legal action with the assistance of her lawyer.
    Contact Cancelations may be canceled at any time simply by unsubscribing from desired email list.
