Life is a beautiful journey, no matter the challenges it brings. There is beauty in darkness, in pain, in heartbreak, in loss. Such is the duality of life, am I right? Life and death, joy and grief. For many, I know what I've walked through and continue to walk through would break people, would crush them. For me, I choose to see the beauty in my journey, to speak life and truth over myself and others. I choose to create something extraordinarily beautiful through my journey. I chose to not let the pain crush me, because I’m not in pain, I’m not broken, I’m not sad. Maybe because my strength is not my own, but rather God’s. Sure, in the midst of the refining I walk through has built a resilience and perseverance within me that is like no other. But nonetheless, I have fully embraced this journey that I’m walking through.
