8 Must Haves for the New Mama

Oh Mama, Congratulations on your newest bundle of joy!

Going into mamahood, there is no manual to motherhood. Many times we are given unwanted advice and told to get products that we simply have no use for. Here we’ve compiled a list of practical must haves for new mamas, including if you are breastfeeding.

  1. My Brest Friend Nursing Pillow - This nursing pillow will be your best friend. This super practical, simple and comfortable for both you and baby will help you to relax during those breastfeeding sessions.

  2. Organic Bamboo Nursing Pads - These nursing pads will help absorb any leaking milk and you simply wash them and reuse. So it not only helps save money versus constantly buying all the disposable nursing pads, but they are more comfortable when wearing in your nursing bra.

  3. water bottle - Mama, staying hydrated is one of the most important tasks in motherhood, especially while breastfeeding. This water bottle gives you 40oz of water, it won’t spill when it tips over, and simple to bring with you wherever you go.

  4. Fulvic Humic Blend - this one is an all time favorite. this supplement helps to replenish all those vitamins and minerals in your body from pregnancy and nursing your babe. This is a natural, organic supplement derived from peat that will also help add extra hydration, natural prebiotics + probiotics, as well as aiding your overall immune system. this supplement is also the best replacement for coffee, there is no caffeine it is simply a natural supplement that allows your body to function at its best.

  5. Electrolytes - Adding those extra electrolytes while nursing or simply active with your babe and other children will help you stay hydrated and allows your body and organs to function well.

  6. Pre-Natals & Post-Natal Vitamins - adding some extra support to your body and immune system will keep you healthy and allow your body to do what it does best as you’re breastfeeding.

  7. wide neck bottles - These wide neck baby bottles are perfect for the mama who is breastfeeding because it helps to mimic feeding at the breast. Your baby has to work similar muscles in their jaw to open and latch. This helps minimize latching issues at the breast.

  8. bottle sterilizer - While boiling water to sterilizing bottles and pacifiers is the most affordable option, some mamas like the convenience of a bottle sterilizer. This is the one that we recommend to all new mamas due to the effectiveness and simplicity.

These must haves are just a few we highly recommend to all new mamas due to the practicality and overall health of mama and baby. Because when mama is less stressed and is healthy, then baby is happy and healthy.
