Strawberry Avocado Toast

A light snack or appetizer that goes a long way with the whole family. Filled with nourishing fats and antioxidants, leaving you feeling refreshed and wanting more, this is one of our favorite simple snacks/appetizers in our home! Even our guests are obsessed with this deliciousness!

Note- all ingredients are anti-inflammatory!

*Best if Ingredients are organic!*

Ingredients-

(Serves 2)

  • 1/2 sliced Avocado

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread

  • 4 sliced strawberries

  • Dash of black pepper

  • Dash of red pepper flakes

  • Dash of pink salt

  • Olive oil

Directions-

  1. Toast bread to your desire

  2. Spread olive oil lightly on toast

  3. Place Avocado and strawberry slices on toast

  4. Sprinkle the salt and pepper mixture on top

  5. Serve & Enjoy!
